We have had to adopt new rules for our custom design products. Items MUST BE PURCHASED BEFORE a proof will be started. This is just to cover the cost of our time due to quite a large number customers requesting designs, then not purchasing. (over 400 since May). If you really insist on have proof prior to your order because you are not 100% sure that you want purchase the item at this time, or any other reasons, we will need you to send your email address to us and we will email you a pay-pal invoice for $25 to cover the time we spend on your design and proofs. If you decide to purchase after your proof, than we will bill you just for the difference of the final item. We ALWAYS make sure you are satisfied with your design before submitting for production.
